Topic - WELD FAULTS AND CAUSES Presented by: Stephen Leeds, from Canadian Welding Bureau
The presentation will cover weld faults and causes using common industrial welding processes and materials. Discussion will be focused on acceptable weld profiles as it relates to various welding code compliance.

Stephen Leeds currently works with the Canadian Welding Bureau as a Certification Services Representative. He serves CWB clients in Northeastern Ontario as well as international companies. Stephen started his career in the welding and metal fabrication trade 28 years ago as an apprentice "plate worker". He has since moved through the roles of quality assurance, NDE and is presently certified to CSA Standard 178.2 as a Level 3 Welding Inspector.
