CWA 2010 CONFERENCE  
 
The Canadian Welding Association is hosting an Annual Conference on
September 26th-27th, 2010
 
Welding Technology
We are inviting paper submissions from diverse welding industry cross sectors which will be presented in 30-minute time slots. Topics could include welding research, new welding technologies, weld repair and failure analysis, weld inspections, welding productivity/lean manufacturing and welding safety.
 
Education
We are also asking those involved in the education sector to submit papers on welding education trends, program developments, apprenticeships training/metal fabrication and future developments.
 
Critical Dates
March 31st: Abstracts Submission
April 30th: Notification of acceptance
June 30th: Full paper submission
 
All papers should be submitted in a Word document with the following criteria:
- Text must be in Arial font 11-point size
- Not exceed 15 pages
- Illustrations should be embedded in the text
- 1.5 spacing
